Different Lines

Two and a half years ago my friends in Zerre released their debut LP, which I really, really liked. There are some fine songs on Our Inner Wastelands and I still listen to the record on a regular basis. So when I was told that they were going to release new songs, I was really looking forward to it. And they didn't let me down. Actually they've taken a really big step forwards musically in my opinion. The music is more metal-influenced, but it's not too much for my taste. There are also some rather surprising elements in some songs. It's always cool to see friends progress. 300 copies on white vinyl. The band self-released the LP, so they get 100% on the DIY factor, too.
