One more variant down. This is the so called raffle press. You could only get a copy of these by buying tickets for a raffle when the reissue of My Love My Way was released. Winners were drawn randomly. 50 copies on white vinyl (with black swirls). Comes with alternative sleeve.
I don't think I'd seen this before. The white cover looks really cool.
